  4. Ticket Sales
    • Ticket Types: You may purchase General Admission, VIP, and Exclusive Access tickets for in-person and virtual events listed on the Platform.
    • Service Fees: A service fee will be added to each ticket purchase. The fee will be displayed at checkout.
    • Pricing Transparency: All ticket prices, including service fees, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

B. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Refund Policy
    • No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the event organizer, and the event organizer has provided written confirmation to refund the ticket holders.
  2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
    • In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, INFERNO RADIO will notify users via the email address provided. The event organizer is responsible for issuing refunds or rescheduling the event.

C. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

  1. Code of Conduct By using the Platform, you agree to the following:
    • No scalping, resale, or transfer of tickets through the Platform.
    • No disruptive or illegal behavior at events, including harassment, abuse, or any actions that violate local, state, or federal law.
    • You shall not engage in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen payment methods or providing false information.
  2. Consequences of Misconduct Any violation of these terms may result in:
    • Immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.
    • Cancellation of your tickets without a refund.
    • Legal action, if necessary, to resolve fraudulent or illegal conduct.

D. Event Organizer Terms

  1. Organizer Responsibilities
    • Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that their events comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including accessibility (e.g., ADA for in-person events), insurance requirements, and safety regulations.
    • Organizers must also provide all necessary information for event promotion and ticket sales.
  2. Marketing Services Event organizers may choose to purchase marketing packages for promotional services. Details and pricing of these packages will be outlined separately.
  3. Ticketing Terms
    • Organizers are responsible for setting ticket prices and ensuring that tickets are distributed through the Platform.
    • Organizers must honor a refund policy for canceled events and provide a written statement to ticket holders.

E. Limitation of Liability

  1. Limitation of LiabilityINFERNO RADIO shall not be liable for:
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
    • Event cancellations, disruptions, or delays, including technical failures or natural disasters.
  2. Force Majeure Neither INFERNO RADIO nor event organizers shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

F. Dispute Resolution

  1. Arbitration Any disputes arising between you and INFERNO RADIO shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Lee County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding.

    • Organizers must submit all necessary details (event description, ticket pricing, promotional materials) for approval before listing their event on the Platform.
  2. Event Setup and Listing
    • Organizers are required to ensure that all information provided for event listing is accurate and truthful.

B. Marketing Services

  1. Optional Marketing Packages
    • Organizers can purchase marketing services to promote their events. These packages include services such as social media promotion, email marketing, and other advertising options.
    • Detailed pricing for marketing packages will be provided separately.

C. Ticketing and Refund Terms

  1. Pricing and Distribution
    • Organizers are responsible for setting the price of the tickets, and INFERNO RADIO will charge a service fee per transaction.
    • Organizers are required to honor refunds for canceled events and provide written confirmation to ticket holders.
  2. Refunds and Cancellations
    • If an event is canceled, organizers must provide full refunds to ticket holders and issue a written statement explaining the cancellation.

D. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
